Distinguishing Features
Kiba has a very animated tail when relaxed/isn’t working - don’t be surprised if he knocks something over with it. Always has teal face markings and various scars on his face and body.
At A Glance
He always has a camera on him and does his best to blend in to the crowd. His clothes are often brown or similar colour to the city/area he’s in. They are often well worn and anything that would jingle on him is mysteriously silenced.
RP Hooks
“Smile!” - Need someone to capture that perfect moment? Does your character have any interesting details that Kiba might be inspired to photograph? Need to hire someone to document certain happenings.. possibly blackmail?
“According to my notes..” - Need some information, or insights to help push your own plots? Kiba is a scout by trade. He’s always willing to keep to the shadows if the gil is right.
“Need something sharp?” - Your character struggling with cutting ties - Kiba has your back with one of his many hidden blades.
“Sorry, who are you?” - Kiba has a few memory issues, he won’t remember your character even if they saw him the day before - that is if he hasn’t documented them in some way through photos, notes, or drawings. If something is important or related to a contract he has he uses his notes to always follow through but socially there is a good chance he won’t have a clue who you are if you didn’t make a strong enough impression.
